BREAD...

I hate it.. I hate it because I love it ohhh so much! Because I am getting older, and no longer play soccer 5 days a week, I cannot eat any amount of bread that I want. Not to mention my lovely PCOS which keeps me eating only 25grams of carbs or less during meals and snacks. Which truly is AWFUL! I used to only eat white or sourdough bread, now that is saved for a special day where I burned at least 500 calories via workout before hand. Anyways I have battled a long time with my addiction towards breads. But finally I have found a bread that really works for me and my everyday goals. 40 calories a slice! THAT's Right only 40 Calories!! Yes, the slices are smaller then what I was used to, but it's been great for portion control, it only has 9 grams of carbs and comes complete with 3 grams of fiber! That means I can still have my TWO slices of bread in the morning with my eggs! Now to be honest this light bread, doesn't taste as good as the normal Whole Wheat by Orowheat, but it's close and if it saves me 100 calories (10 extra minutes on the treadmill) I am in!
