my new favorite under 300 calorie treat


Balsamic Wheat Toast with Avocado 
2 thin slices of La brea whole wheat bread roll (155 calories)
1/2 Tbls swiggle of (high quality) balsamic or balsamic reduction (7 calories)
1/2 medium avocado (136 cal)
Crushed Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

298 Calories of Awesome

Toast the bread, add a swiggle of balsamic to both pieces, add avocado, salt and pepper to taste, BEST TREAT EVER! I like to have mine for breakfast as its a great start to the day, avocado has so many heath benefits its nuts, and yes it is high in fat and calories but if you only use a 1/2 (I only used 1/2 in the picture above, so its plenty!) ur good to go, plus those fats are all good for you. And dont forget your body knows how to digest this super food, so its not going to stick around like some coco peebles!

Side Note: I eat coco peebles from time to time, and love them. But just know that it is not a healthy well balanced breakfast choice, and should be consumed as such :-)
